The CRM for remodelers who sell in the home
Windows, siding, gutters, baths and kitchens. If your reps sit at the kitchen table and close the same day, Closenture shows which leads are worth it and keeps every visit, contract and deposit in one place.

One-legs, no-shows and no-sales, counted apart
A close rate only means something when every rep counts the same way. Each visit gets one result, so you can see whether a source sends homes where only one owner is there, or reps who demo and do not sell.
- Sold
- The job is sold. It counts toward the rep’s close rate and the source’s cost per sale.
- Demo, no sale
- The rep presented and the homeowner said no. The reason is saved.
- One-leg
- Only one of the decision-makers was home. Rebook it with both.
- Follow-up
- The homeowner wants to think. If nothing is planned in 2 days, the rep gets a task.
- Not qualified
- Renter, out of the area or not a fit, saved as its own result.
- No-show
- Nobody home. It goes back to the setters to rebook and the homeowner gets an email.
Same-day contracts with the 3-day notice
Options with their prices, the deposit, a co-signer and the federal 3-day right to cancel in English or Spanish, signed on the rep’s phone.
How contracts work
Home shows, events and every other source
A booth at a home show is a lead source with its own cost, just like Google or Facebook. Leads from each event land on its source, and the Money Map shows what a sale from it cost.

Put in your own numbers
Take three of your lead sources and the last 90 days: what you spent on each, the leads it brought and the sales it closed. The table ranks them by what a sale really costs you.
| Source | Cost per lead | Cost per sale | Profit |
|---|
Profit = sales × average job × margin − spend. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

- Yes. Closenture is built for any contractor who books in-home appointments from paid leads and sells at the kitchen table: windows, siding, gutters, roofing, baths and kitchens.
- A visit where only one of the people who decide was home. Closenture counts it separately, so it does not hide inside a closer’s close rate.
- Yes. Each show or event can be its own lead source with its booth cost, so you see what a sale from it cost.
- Yes. Contracts signed in the home include the federal 3-day right to cancel in English or Spanish. If a homeowner cancels, the invoices are voided and the sale comes off your numbers.
- We set it up with you: your leads and past sales imported, your lead sources and their costs, and your contract text, then two training calls for your team.
